Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Print Your Trip website, application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Print Your Trip, LLC (“Print Your Trip,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

The Service allows you to upload or select a photo, add a message and recipient mailing address, and have a physical postcard printed and mailed on your behalf. The Service may be accessed through our website, mobile web, or any mobile application we release (each, a “Licensed Application”). By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

The Licensed Application and all related software, content, and technology are licensed, not sold, to you. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Print Your Trip grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service and any Licensed Application solely for your personal, non-commercial use to create and send postcards. You may not copy, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, sell, lease, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of any part of the Service or Licensed Application, except and only to the extent that such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law. Any attempt to do so without our written permission is a breach of these Terms and may result in termination of your access and potential civil or criminal liability.

By using the Service, you may submit photos, text, addresses, and other materials (“User Content”). You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and upload the User Content and to authorize Print Your Trip to print, process, and mail postcards using that User Content. You further represent that your User Content does not infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person or entity, and does not contain unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable material. You grant Print Your Trip a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your User Content solely as necessary to operate the Service, including printing and mailing postcards, providing customer support, conducting internal quality checks, and improving the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the recipient’s mailing address, the content of your message, and the quality and resolution of the image you upload. Print Your Trip prints postcards based on the User Content provided and does not edit or proofread your message. Minor variations in color, cropping, and brightness may occur between what you see on your screen and the final printed postcard due to the nature of printing. Print Your Trip is not responsible for any issues arising from low-resolution images, incorrect cropping within the interface, or typographical errors in your content or addresses.

The Service relies on third-party service providers for payment processing, printing, mailing, hosting, analytics, and other functionality. By using the Service, you acknowledge that certain features may enable access to third-party websites, services, content, or materials (“Third-Party Materials”). Print Your Trip does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any Third-Party Materials, and makes no representations regarding their accuracy, legality, reliability, or quality. Your use of Third-Party Materials is at your sole risk and may be subject to separate terms and policies imposed by those third parties. Print Your Trip is not liable for any damages or losses arising from your interaction with Third-Party Materials or third-party services.

Payment for postcards and any other paid features of the Service is processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe, Apple Pay, or similar providers. You authorize those processors to charge your selected payment method for all charges incurred through your account. Print Your Trip does not store your full payment card number on its servers. All sales are considered final once the postcard has entered production. Print Your Trip may, in its sole discretion, issue a refund or credit if there is a clear error directly caused by us, such as a printing malfunction or failure to initiate mailing. Print Your Trip is not responsible for user-submitted errors, incorrect addresses, postal delays, or delivery issues caused by the postal service or other carriers.

Once a postcard is printed and transferred to the postal service or other carrier, risk of loss passes to you. Print Your Trip does not guarantee delivery dates or timelines; any delivery estimates are approximate and not binding. You acknowledge that mail delivery can be impacted by local postal conditions, errors, and delays outside our control. Print Your Trip has no obligation to track or recall mailed postcards and is not liable for delays, misdeliveries, or undelivered items resulting from postal operations or incorrect addresses provided by you.

Print Your Trip may collect and use technical and usage data related to the Service and any Licensed Application, including information about your device, system, application software, and usage patterns. This information may be used to facilitate updates, support, security, diagnostics, product development, and improvements to the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to this collection and use of data in a form that does not personally identify you, except as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.

Print Your Trip may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, misused the Service, infringed the rights of others, or otherwise created risk or potential legal exposure for us. Upon termination, your license to use the Service and any Licensed Application will automatically end and you must cease all use. Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations already incurred, or limit any other rights or remedies available to Print Your Trip under law or equity.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE AND ANY LICENSED APPLICATION IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE AND ANY LICENSED APPLICATION ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITH ALL FAULTS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. PRINT YOUR TRIP EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AS WELL AS ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. PRINT YOUR TRIP DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, NOR DOES IT WARRANT THAT ANY POSTCARDS WILL ARRIVE BY A PARTICULAR DATE OR BE FREE FROM LOSS OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PRINT YOUR TRIP, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE EXTENT ANY LIABILITY IS FOUND NOT TO BE EXCLUDABLE, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF PRINT YOUR TRIP FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO PRINT YOUR TRIP FOR THE SPECIFIC POSTCARD ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (USD $50.00). THE LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW AND SHALL APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Print Your Trip and its members, managers, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

You may not use or export the Service or any Licensed Application in violation of United States export laws and regulations. By using the Service, you represent that you are not located in a country that is subject to U.S. government embargo, and that you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You agree to comply with all applicable U.S. and international laws related to your use of the Service.

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to the Service, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and Print Your Trip arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Texas or the federal courts serving the State of Texas, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Print Your Trip may update or modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Print Your Trip regarding the Service and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
